You have 7 days to return or exchange an item, starting from the delivery date, or as required by recipient local law, whichever is greater.

For orders shipped in multiple batches, the return period for each item is based on its own delivery date.

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If sent freight collect, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

Customized products, sale items, gift cards, or items without a prior return request cannot be returned.

For damaged or soiled returns, a restocking fee of 10% or more may apply.
4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery. Contact us for assistance.
