Return and Exchange Policy:

At our store, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience and understand the importance of a fair return and exchange policy. Here's what you can expect:

  1. Return Policy:

    • We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your parcel is delivered, or as required by recipient local law, whichever is greater. Return periods of batches are per delivery date. You can return all together.
    • To be eligible for a return, your apparel must be unworn and have the original tags attached. For items damaged or soiled, a restocking fee of 10% or higher may apply.
    • We regret that we cannot accept returns on customized items, sale items, gift cards, or any items that do not have a prior return application.
    • To prevent malicious orders, for orders over $500, we reserve the right to refuse returns of more than half the quantity or amount.

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@polyphoniew.com within the valid period window.
    • We will provide you with return instructions and address details based on your location (returning to The US, Germany, United Kingdom).

  3. Return Shipping:

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the fee was paid by the receiver, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

     

  4. Refunds:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you. Approved returns will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 14 days.
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are valid within 7 days of parcel delivery. Please reach out to us at support@polyphoniew.com for more information and assistance.
    • Please note that exchanged products are not eligible for a return.

  6. Product Care Tips:

    • To ensure your clothes maintain their best condition, we recommend hanging them for at least a night and ironing them before wearing.
