Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you order. If something isn’t quite right, our policy is designed to make returns and exchanges simple and fair.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You have 7 days to return or exchange an item, starting from the delivery date, or as required by recipient local law, whichever is greater.

  • For orders shipped in multiple batches, the return period for each item is based on its own delivery date.

2. How to Return & Our Locations
Initiating a return is simple:

  1. Contact us at support@polyphoniew.com within the return window.

  2. We’ll provide the exact return address based on your location for a smooth process.

  3. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If sent freight collect, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Customized products, sale items, gift cards, or items without a prior return request cannot be returned.

  • For damaged or soiled returns, a restocking fee of 10% or more may apply.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery. Contact us for assistance.

  • Note: Exchanged items cannot be returned later.
